Records are kept at the branch.
Off Season Use: Motor homes are designed to maintain interior temperatures of 65 degrees fahrenheit with outside temperatures of 32 degrees fahrenheit. The water system is operational at these temperatures. Temperatures below 32 degrees fahrenheit will cause freezing to occur in the water lines. RECOMMENDED PRE-PAID OPTIONS
Interior and Exterior Cleaning Package: All RVs must be returned to drop-off location in clean condition. This includes the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the RV. If the RV is not returned in a clean condition, then the renter will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to have the rental dealership complete the cleaning tasks. Customers, however, may opt to purchase a cleaning package at the time of departure for a pre-paid fee of $89. The $89 fee covers standard cleaning tasks up to a $200 value, as shown on check out sheet. This is an optimal choice for those who do not have the facilities to wash an RV or who do not wish to inconvenience themselves with such duties at the end of a memorable vacation.
Dumping and Flushing of Holding Tanks: All RVs must be returned to drop-off location with holding tanks dumped, flushed and cleaned. If RV is returned otherwise, then the renter will be charged a fee of $99 to have the rental dealership complete the tasks. Customers, however, may opt to purchase a dump and flush package at the time of departure for a pre-paid cost of $49. This is an optimal choice for those who do not have the facilities to dump and flush the holding tanks.
TRAVEL TRAILER REQUIREMENTS
Hitch Requirements: A Class IV Hitch, rated for up to 10,000 lbs., is required for all travel trailers. Class IV hitches are square tube receiver-type hitches that are frame-mounted under the rear bumper. Due to our insurance regulations, a ball mounted on the rear bumper will not be accepted. The ball size for all trailers is 2 5/16 inches.
Towing Regulations: All towing vehicles must be in good running condition and equipped with tires to carry the extra weight of towing your trailer. Some trucks and vans may require the spare tire to be removed for towing clearance. If you have an automatic transmission, a transmission cooler is recommended for the smaller trailers and required for the larger ones. Check with your auto dealership for the towing capacities of your vehicle.
Trailer and Tow Vehicle Braking System: Because all our trailer rentals have electric brakes, your tow vehicle must have an electronic brake control device. This electronic brake control device can be mounted on either side of the steering wheel and lights up when you press on the brakes, which should indicate that the electric brakes are operating properly.
Electric Plug: You must have either a 7-way round plug mounted on the rear of your vehicle, or an adapter to match the 7-way round plug installed on all trailers. This plug is approximately 13/4 inches in diameter with 6 flat prongs on the outer edge and 1 round prong in the center.

In the event of a cancellation the booking deposit is non refundable. Further to this the following cancellation clauses may apply:
If you cancel your reservation at least 34 days prior to departure, then your reservation deposit minus a $100 service fee will be refunded to you.
If you cancel you reservation within 33 days of departure then you will not be refunded any portion of your deposit.
